Delivery Time

Important Notice: The estimated delivery time is 15 to 45 calendar days from order confirmation for Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Please take this timeframe into account when submitting return requests.

Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer, you generally have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods (distance selling regulations, subject to the applicable national laws).

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please send an email to support@miniops.com including your order number and your request to cancel.

Return Conditions

  • Returns must generally be made within 30 days of receipt, unless otherwise required by law.

  • The item must be in its original condition: no misuse, no damage, and complete with packaging and accessories.

  • Returns will not be accepted for items damaged due to improper use, sharpening, or modifications made by the buyer.

Return Shipping Costs
